  Return Policy

Merchandise may be returned for credit, exchange, or refund, upon notification to Natural traditions Inc. no later than 7 days after receipt of order. All refunds will be for the amount of merchandise only. Shipping costs are not refunded. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging, and in original condition. Special orders cannot be returned. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise. We reserved the rights to inspect, determine and justify your claim
